Accidentally purchased the same EZ Keys Midi Pack Twice in Two 6 Pack Bundles

Hi, In this month I have currently purchased 56  (FIFTY-SIX) Toontrack Products up to this date.

However today I accidentally bought two of the same Midi Packs ( Americana EZ Keys Midi )
I bought 2 of the 6 Pack Bundles intending to buy 12 EZ KEYS Midi Packs ( Once )

As I was constantly distracted by a child today whilst making the purchase/choosing
what I thought would be 12 different packs

and it is not easy to go back and forth on Bundles the customer chose
to see which Packs are in the 1st bundle to therefore avoid this scenario.

but as a result, inadvertently bought 11 by mistake
in the sense that I accidentally put the Americana EZ Keys Midi in both bundles. Doh!

I would like to have the opportunity to choose a 12th EZ Keys Midi Pack as
a replacement for the item I accidentally ordered twice.

Especially as I have purchased over 56 (FIFTY-SIX) Toontrack Products

and I intend to purchase more, Guys, You make astounding products! \m/

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Were you successful in this? I just made a similar mistake this weekend and accidently selected 2 dream machines in my 3 pack bundle.
