Native Instruments – for instance – allow you to authorize 3 computers on which you can install their software.
It would be truly awesome if this would be possible with Toontrack software too.
Of course i fully understand that you can not use 2 or more computers at the same time, really no problem there!
It’s just that having the ability to have your stuff on 3 computers would save me so much trouble.
I’m in a position where i have an iMac and a Macbook Pro with Logic installed.
I recently bought a Macbook exclusively used with Toontrack software to play through on my diy Edrum.
So this leaves me with my Macbook Pro on which i cannot use EZdrummer, EZmix, EZkeys, SD2 (yes i got quite some TT software)
Once again, i understand the fact that you dont allow the use of more than one computer simultaneously, that’s not the issue.
But please consider this possiblity, i don’t think (correct me if i’m wrong) there’s a downside for you guys but it would mean a great deal to your customers.
