I am a long time user of EZ- and Superior drummer. June 1. I decided to purchase EZ Keys after having a trial version for some days. A day later, June 2nd, you sent me an email, offering me a 25% discount on a product I had purchased the day before. Was I happy with this great offer? No I was not, because I purchased the product a day earlier. 45 Euros down the drain.
Our sales and promotions are scheduled in advance and are announced via email and on our website once they go live. Unfortunately, (as is the nature of most sales), we do not notify users ahead of time.
That said, we always encourage customers to reach out to our support team directly in situations like this. While we can’t guarantee adjustments, we’re always happy to review recent purchases and see what can be done.
