Solution:
In order to authorize your Toontrack product to run on your computer you must register it by adding the serial number provided with the product (as part of the packaging, printed on your shop receipt, or supplied with the confirmation email in the case of an electronic purchase) to your Toontrack account.
First, start by creating an account at http://www.toontrack.com using a valid email address, or log into your existing account if you already have one.
That step completed, and logged into your newly (or existing) account, click the ‘register new product’ button and key in the serial number. The format for Toontrack serial numbers is standardized and is composed of 6 groups of 4 characters (24 characters in total). Do not confuse the serial number with the Computer ID required to Authorize the product.
There are a number of characters that can be difficult to distinguish and which may be easily confused with others. If the serial is being rejected as invalid, try the following alternatives: O instead of 0 (zero), B instead of 8 (eight), Z instead of 2 (two).
Unfortunately it is also possible that in some cases the serial number was misprinted or otherwise illegible.
