Solution:
If you have purchased a Download version of a Toontrack product, you must have obtained a license serial number in the process. It may have been included in the purchase confirmation email or on your physical receipt (if purchased in a shop). If this is not the case, you must request one from the party you purchased the product from.
First, please create a Toontrack account. This is done at Toontrack.com by clicking the Register button. Once logged on, click the ‘Register Product’ in the MY ACCOUNT drop-down menu. You need your serial number at this time, so make sure you have it at hand. Enter the letters in the text field and click Register and download product.
NOTE: if you purchased your download in the Toontrack webshop, you can skip this step as your serial number has been autoregistered.
Note that all Toontrack products except for products in the Superior line allow you to download a full version of your product as described above. Superior Line products are partially downloadable and require additional physical media for full install. This media is to be provided from the party where you made the purchase.
