The most common cause for these types of crashes are old outdated audio/ASIO drivers (drivers you may not be using that are still installed). EZbass scans them during startup and can crash during the scan. Have a quick look through your add/remove programs list to see if there are any old audio gear drivers that you can uninstall.

When the standalone app crashes, are you not getting a windows dialog, saying that a crash dump was created, and a link to that .DMP file? We would like to forward a log like that to our programmers for review.

Hi Petter,

thanks a lot for the fast support response.

Found the problem, Waves Soundgrid Studio caused the problem. There was an license error. I deinstalled the driver and voila.

I did not expect the system to browse for a driver list inside of cubase, and EZKeys as well EZDrummer worked.

< So problem solved>

For your records, when the EZBass applications exits, there is no message, with dump information, startupscreen comes for 1 sec then it drops.

In the sysevents i found the application crash.

System:

Apollo x8 + X8p, iconnectivity, FL Studio Installed MSI board with core 7, 32 MB installed

Luna, Cubase, ProTools + FL Studio as DAW
