I’m looking for some help on figuring out how to set up attack, decay, hold, curve slope, and release for various instruments. If I do a decay around 180 and release around 70, it seems like it just stops the pad sound like someone hit mute at the end.
Can someone explain how this works exactly? It doesn’t seem to operate how I’ve experienced adjusting it in the past on various sound boards.
Could someone give me a decent attack, decay, hold, curve slope and release for a few of the drum pieces so I can work from as a template?
For example, we use this in a modern worship setting, and the default velocity on the Toms is just way too long.
