I purchased EZ Mix 2 from Sweetwater and have it installed and authorized. How do I get the free expansion pack? Thee is a grayed-out space in my product manager for an expansion pack but I do not see any option to select and download a pack

EZmix version: 2.2.4
Operating system: Windows 10
