Hi,
When I open a new Cubase project (Version 12 Pro) inserting a Drumtrack (assigned to EZDrummer 3) everything works fine, apart from the two sounds tambourine and shaker, which show a considerable latency/lag when triggered by data from the Cubase-Miditrack. This lag is roughly an eighth note (at tempo 80).
Played/triggered directly in EZDrummer3 this latency does not appear.
Only these two sounds are affected by this phenomenon. All other sounds (bass drum, snare, hihat, …) work properly.
Any piece of advice how to get rid of this peculiaritiy ?
Thanks in advance, Thomas
I’ve found the same when playing both of those from a midi piano roll. I move the events forward enough to deal with it.

Yes, that´s my workaround too …. but I thaught maybe there is a more pro solution … 😉
Thanks for your reply ! Thomas
Please see the FAQ on Future Hits Instruments. The FAQ references EZD2 but it’s the same for EZD3/S3.
