I have not been diligent enough with my account management and have not kept my emails etc. updated.
A few months ago I wanted to purchase some new midi packs and realized my product manager was out of date. When I tried to update I realized an old email I no longer have access to is attached to my Toontrack account.
I tried tech support months ago and didn’t hear back. This is probably because the emails are all mixed up.
Tonight I purchased a midi drum kit, and set up a new account, and when I tried to download the kit I was able to finally update the product manager. But now the new kit is registered to the new account and my other stuff is to the old account, so I can’t use the new kit. Ideally, I can get the old account email updated and re-register the new kit there. And then get the other packs I need.
Is there a way to deregister a product? I have a deadline this weekend and support will probably take a while to help.

I am sorry but with an issue like what you are describing, there is no other way than to use the ‘Contact Support’ button found on every FAQ page, to get in touch directly with Toontrack Support:
