    Good evening,

I am an owner of EZKEYS 1, on 14th April I purchased the upgrade for pre existing owners of EZKEYS to  EZKEYS 2 paying a sum of 89 euros. After inquiring about this, I recieved an email stating that I must pay 179$ for the newest version of EZKEYS eventhough I already have EZKEYS1 and the upgrade. My question is what must I do to be able to finally upgrade? In the case that I didn’t download the upgrade to EZKEYS2, then what was it that I bought for €89 and what is the use of it? After reading various FAQS from other EZKEYS owners, I see there is some kind of discount for previous owners of EZKEYS, is this valid also for me in the case that I haven’t purchased the correct programming?

    Thanks in advance,

    Alberto Greggio
