I can’t open EZD3 plugin in Pro Tools. The plugin works fine when playing the track but when I go to open it from the instrument track it crashes PT. Any info or thoughts will be appreciated.

What version of Pro Tools are you running?
Do you get a crash dump that you can zip up and post here?
Does it happen in all sessions with EZD3 inserted?

Does Apple issue a crash log as well? The posted log is one looks like those Avid proprietary crash logs, I think only their tech support can read them.

When it crashes is there a pop up, message or anything? Or does PT just go away?
Maybe there’s a crash report in; ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/

Yeah I’ve had a look in there but there is nothing associated with PT and EZD. Im at a loss!

Are you using 1 or 2 displays?
I guess other than trying to reinstall EZD3 (just the plug-in/app)…

Yeah just one display and yep I’ve reinstalled. I contacted Toons but that’s kind of hit a dead end also. Cheers.
