Today I bought what I thought were 2 NEW EZKeys2 MIDI products, at $29 each, as one was, Acoustic Pop, and then 80’s Ballads, the latter, which was NOT a new product. Only the first one showed up to download it as a new product purchased. Apparently I already had the 2nd one, purchased on 2022-10-04, as that was the date stated in that product’s details pull-down menu. SO WHY was it then advertised as a NEW Product? That was the reason I bought it, as I didn’t think to look to see if I already had it. Why would I? SO I need TT’s Acctg Dept to issue me a $29 CREDIT to my CCRD, or issue me a CREDIT for a future purchase, for which I don’t want any others now. I’ve attached my Email statement with those two purchases, for ease of use by the Acctg Dept. It is also probably the reason why it did not show up to be downloaded, since I already owned it, and I do not intend to PAY for the same product twice.
