I did the same thing. Wrote to customer service and they let me pick a different MIDI pack. Don’t know if they’ll give you your money back. The lesson I learned was to make sure to the hide your existing purchases was checked.
it is very hard to find a normal email adress or phone number.
my question is not in the FAQ ? how did you do that ?
