Purchase on hold

    Hello Support,

    You do not have a direct email address?

    How long do orders get placed on hold after purchase?  I paid today and am not able to download the products.  Please advise ASAP!

    Thank you Brad – the “contact support” button doesn’t work for me.  Dead link maybe?  Not sure.

    I just tried it from Safari on my Mac it worked ok. Try going to the top of the forum, Support, pull down list FAQ/Contact Support. Pick any topic scroll down to the bottom and see of the link works from there.

    It is a pop-up. I wonder if it’s being blocked on by your browser security settings

    Thank you Brad, appreciate it.  It has to be an issue with this website, all I get is a blurry page when I click the support button.  I’ve tried it on several computers (PC/Mac, iPhone)…  and browsers to no avail.

     

    Could anyone from toontrack help?
