When I try to contact support the screen is blurry and they won’t let you access them? WTF. Its been doing this for a week!!! is there actual support like humans who can help??? Or do they leave us in the lurch? Dude I have a very serious question that has NOT been answered in the forums! All my packs wont load and My product manager is not letting me put in the right email!! I am losing money.
What web browser are you using? Version?
How is the Product Manager not letting you put in the right email? If it automatically logs you in using another email, select Log Out from the File menu.

I had made a mistake and used a separate email . Where is the file menu in the product manager? It does not give me any option to log out. Also does support not want you to contact them? Do you know why it’s blurred out. I am using big sur on a 2020 iMac my old one (2014) was dying and I thought it would be simple enough. It has been horrendous. I was told on the forums that most Toontrack programs and packs are good to go. I have metal machine and metal drummer which says the installer is not up to date. I have a track that needs to be finished by the weekend. I appreciate you trying to help man. I was hoping for more seamless transition…The product manager in concept at least seemed like the win…but.
I don’t know why it is blurred out. It doesn’t happen to me, so it would be helpful to know what web browser you are using. Safari?
The File menu is in the normal menu bar…

You saved me on a project deadline!
It’s still blurred in the contact support, I am using safari I even restarted my CPU.
