i’ve had to clear my c drive ans reinstall windows, so i’m reinstalling everything.
i had all toontrack products installed on my d drive and i wanna reinstall them at that same location.
i think ezdrummer, superior drummer and all the expansions went ok (haven’t tried them yet though).
ezkeys however, i can’t reinstall.
i made a mistake during the first ezkeys install and installed it on my c drive, so i had to uninstall it, since i want it on my d drive.
i think i also might have deleted an exkeys folder on my c drive, cause i wanted a clean uninstall and i thought it would come back, after the reinstall.
i’m guessing this is the actual problem, but i don’t really know.
when i try to install one of my ezkeys products, a pop up window says error 1310.
i’m adding a screenshot of how this looks.
any ideas how to solve this problem?
Are you installing from the Toontrack Product Manager? Please try that and report back.

yes, i’m using the product manager.
in the screenshot, it looks like i’m installing on the c drive, but i’m not.
in the steps before this, i chose to install on the d drive, so i’m assuming it’s just something small that has to be installed on the c drive.
Hmmm… I’ve only ever seen error 1310 when in install path was c:\xxx but yours shows c:\program files like it should. I’m not sure if it’s related to the folders you manually deleted or not. My digestion would be to contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ below. I’m sorry I have nothing else to suggest.

ok, thanx for trying.
i’ll contact support.
it doesn’t say c:\program files though, if that matters.
it only says c:\program.
Ok. In that case, see this thread below.

“That path does not look good. It shouldn’t say “C:\Program” but possibly “C:\Program Files” instead, if that’s where you have/want the EZkeys libraries (sounds). In Explorer you see “Program” but that’s just a Swedish display localization of “Program Files”
thanx, but i’m not sure that would be correct, since that’s not where i have/want the EZkeys libraries (sounds)…

I would wait to get a reply from Support if you’re doing a custom install.

unfortunately there’s currently a reply time of 3-5 days, but that’s ok.
