    Have you installed via the Toontrack Product Manager? If so, does it show as installed? Did you get any error message?

    Thanks for getting back..It shows as installed, up to date & downloaded but still nothing.. very strange..

    Can you post a screenshot of your MIDI browser in EZkeys?

    I see that all of the recent installs were done through the website and not through the Toontrack Product Manager. Can you download the Toontrack Product Manager, login, and install through that and see if it installs correctly?

    Just tried it & got an error message:

    Could not read installer config file.

    I did notice I wasn’t asked for the authorisation code or to verify user this time & was with all previous downloads..

    I still see that you’re downloading from the website and not using the Toontrack Product Manager.

    Please go to the Product Manager page (see below) and download the Toontrack Product Manager app and install it. Open the app, log in and run the installer from there and not the website.

    The last error you got looks like it was because you downloaded the Mac installer. Are you on Mac or Windows?

    I am a Mac user.. Thats the way I installed it the first time..just tried again & there’s still no response,,

    I’m at a loss then. You’ll have to contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in FAQ below and as if they have any Mac specific install tips.
