Just bought EZBass but has caused a mess in product manager!

    Sorry to rant but I just went on onto my Toontrack account on the web and it is telling a slightly different story. EZ Drummer 2 is installed and ready to go apparently. So are a couple of the expansion packs I bought. Not the same through product manager though.

    The first screen shot shows it is “ready to go” but the second cannot find any libraries!?!??!

     

    For the record, EZBass is working fine. I’m just not a bass player though.Screenshot-3

    Hi,

    the Web interface does not know what is actually installed on your system, only what you have downloaded via the web.

    The fact that EZdrummer 2 does not know where to find the Sounds repository gives a hint why you have those red buttons in the Product Manager.

    So have you moved the ‘EZdrummer’ folder on your system? Do you know where it is located?

    The Default location would be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\EZDrummer
