Not sure if this is the right place to post this but was the only page i could see that had an “add topic” button so apologies if not…
I’m trying to understand how midi data in the drum editor window works and so far have no idea. Open hats seem to just be open dependent on where they are, with no “open pedal” commands visible. If i take a hat hit and move it on the timeline it changes from open to closed with no indication of which it will be. For clarity I’ve attached a screenshot, the circled note is open and all the others are closed. How does it know this note should be open? And how do i edit this as the open sound is all muffled like I’ve just slightly released the pedal without actually opening the hats properly?
Other than this minor annoyance I’m loving SD3 and very happy with it, if anyone can shed some light on this I’d be most grateful!
