Hello — I don’t see a contact form or any other way to get in touch with you guys so I’m assuming this is where we post our customer service questions.
I just purchased a pack download for EZ Drummer – purchased through Sweetwater – and I downloaded the wrong pack- Ballads — ugh… save me.
I wanted the Reggea Pack – I somehow assumed the advertisement on Sweetwater (it showed like 20 different download packs) meant I was getting ‘some’ of ‘all’ of the items shown. In saying that, I started w/ the first one on the list, which was Ballads, again ugh, and didn’t realize my buy was for one. I can’t afford another one until next month (June) so is there anyway I can somehow ‘return’ this pack?
I won’t be using the Ballad drums. . matter of fact they are not even on my computer.
