Same problem here.

SD 3 installed,

the installer asks for software update to 2.4,

and so does the updater (TT122_SDX_NY_Vol2_Update_MAC_150).

None of this worked still says upgrade to 2.4.0. Getting a little frustrated here. Tried copying files to the Download folders to no avail. Anyone else find a fix?

I wrote to Toontracks support,

first suggestion did not work (install SD3 app again, reboot).

I’ll let you know as soon support has found a solution.

The problem appears to be the fact, that I never had a 2.x version on my MacBook Pro.
They are looking into it.

Do you have 3.0 as an upgrade?

I have Superior Drummer 3. I hadn’t had it before during version 2. Thanks for the updates. Let me know what happens. Id like to get the NY kits going.

No, just paste this

/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Delete :SDIVersion" /Users/Shared/Toontrack/Preferences/com.toontrack.superior.superior2.plist

Are you not getting any kits or are half of them missing ? I`ve just bought and downloaded NY Studios Vol2 and the Avatar kits are missing from Allair and some from Hit Factory too.
