Hi! I’m trying to use EZD2 to play loops inside of MainStage. I know if you right click on the button, you have the MIDI learn option. But I’m having a hard time figuring out how to get the file to play. I’ve been able to turn some of the effects on or off in the mixer but no luck with anything else. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

I have the same question. This forum, between the locked content and lack of responses is incredibly poor

Hi,

right-clicking (Ctrl+click on Mac) certain controls like Play, Stop, Rec, etc. brings up the MIDI Learn Menu.

You cannot MIDI Learn to play files in the Browser, you can MIDI Learn to Play/Stop the Song Track, to where you have dragged your MIDI files from the Browser.

Hey John, it finally worked…. I had t save a track for the command from MainStage to work.
