I am trying to download the sound libraries for Superior Drummer 3.
Every time the download gets right to the end it loops back to 1 or 2 MB’s to go and just loops forever.
I’ve read about this issue as far back as 5 years ago. Why isn’t it sorted by now?
I’ve managed to get library 1 to install by downloading it to my desktop and then moving it to the external drive.
But now the other libraries won’t download.
Someone please help as the support team don’t get back to me.
Cheers,
Adam.
I am not sure its an issue but just the way it works. I would not touch it and just walk away for awhile these are Huge downloads.
I am having this exact problem with the installation of the update for Sound Library 1.1.2, Gets to the end then loops back 1 or 2 Gig infinitely
And now again downloading the additional bleed library. There must be a solution to this?
OK….seems the work around is to delete the Download and start again. Both of my “failed” downloads worked the second time around.
Hi Guys,
I’ve tried downloading Sound Library 1.1.2 three times and it still doesn’t download completely, keeps looping the last 2.0 to 2.2 Gb. Even tried downloading the update from the Website only to get a Data Error on soundb155.obw.
Claysden, do you have another disk you could try to download to? If not or if you get the same problem then, please contact support (https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/) and, if you know how, please include the HTTP response header for the download (when downloading from the website).

2023 and the problem is still happening. Incredibly disappointing. I’m on library part 4 and keeps looping 1 gig back at the end.
Hi Dave,
did you contact Support according to Olof’s instructions above?
