No products in the cart.
So I recently bought a new lap top and have been fighting to get EZ drummer on this one.
I have gone to the “Authorize computer” button for the EZ drummer line that I have, entered the ID and I just get a message that says “Unknown Error, contact support for help”.
I have the extra blank spot to add a computer. I don’t want to unauthorized my old one for the fact I still might have to use it.
Any help will be great because I need this done ASAP
Please download and install Toontrack Product Manager and authorize using that.

Hi! I have a new PC and reinstalled the sortware. I too have 2 blank slots for authorisation and I used the Manager to download and install all the software and packages. I keep getting the error – The server said: unknown error occured.
THis appliwa for all the content, be it the EY Drummer Software or expansion packs.
Please advise!

there seems to be some kind of problem that is not local to your computer. Please be patient, it’s Monday morning now in our corner of the world, so I think they guys are working on the problem.

…and I have now received info that the temporary server problem has been fixed, so you can now go ahead and install and Authorise.

Unfortunately it is still saying “unknown error” after entering the ID and product description.
Note that Product Manager currently does not remove the previous error message if you try to authorize again. Please manually clear the error and try authorizing again.

I have product manager downloaded. I open it up and it gives me the message “checking for updates”
There’s literally nothing product manager is doing other than this
I can’t find my authorization code anywhere. Anyone have an idea as to where it is?

Please use the Product Manager, when logged in to your account, it should find your products.

Hi there. I just get my first license, but some problems authorizing the computer. Also i cannot download the product manager, it seems that the web page cannot be reached. Also in my products trough Toontrack website, i can see the software in my products, its downloaded, installed, but when i go to authorize i get the same error message, to contact support.
Can somebody help?
PS. i was running 10 day trial version before.
