    Hi,

you can use EZmix2 both for amp and cab sound for your guitar & bass as well as your usual send, inserts and master FX. It depends on which Preset pack you own and use.
There are both guitar centric packs and mastering packs (as well as a bunch of others).

The lag or ‘latency’ is caused by the audio buffer. It is recommended that you use the lowest buffer setting your computer can use that doesn’t resuly in audio glitches.

    Hi,

well basicaly, i have no idea how to use ezmix2 into garageband, i just use it with no other sofware.
i plug the guitar, open ezmix and play just to hear the sound. but when i do that i got the latency even if the set up is on the lowest.

I recommend checking out the Toontrack EZmix YouTube playlist:

    Using plugins in GB basics:

What kind of audio interface are you using? Does it have its own control panel?

    first thing first,

here is a caption of the setup of ez mix on my mac, as i wrote before there is still a latency when i play, is there somethin wrong in the setup? its the demo version of ez mix and im using it with no other softwares

Well, the Input Latency and Output Latency depends on the Device used and its drivers.
Most devices today are class-compliant and don’t have a separate control panel to adjust and tune I/O Buffers, I guess that’s the case with your AudioBox.
What happens if you change the Output device to your Presonus device?

Hi, thanks for your answer and sorry i’ve been busy so could not answer before.

yes, i choose the presonus output and no more latency.
add to that i found how to open ezmix in garageband. i still have a question
to use ez drummer is still always have these two options selected, i always unselect it but is it smart or not? what is the use of that?

    thanks

Sorry, I didn’t get that. Could you please rephrase? Are we talking about using EZdrummer 2 in Garageband?
