Any help would be much appreciated to get me going with EZdrummer.
I have an Alesis DM6 Kit, Macintosh OS 10.6.8, Toontrack Solo and EZdrummer Lite
Midi is being received and kit is triggering the mac as tested by Audio Midi Setup in mac.
I installed EZdrummer lite, followed by Toontrack Solo, software installation all seems to be operational apart from the software not being triggered by the DM6 kit.
I have tried garageband and this is being triggered so the ‘system’ works
Is there something I have done incorrectly or anything obvious I should try to help correct this problem. ie. should I have installed Toontrack Solo before EZdrummer. Is there any .vst files or plugins I have not installed?
Please Help.
I do realize that the Lite version is not a fully operational version. I just want to make sure I can get it triggering before I purchase the full version.
Do you have your MIDI device selected in the MIDI device menu? Options->MIDI Devices and make sure it is selected with a ‘check’ mark to the left.

Yes Midi Device is selected “e-drums”
Just a thought……
Library/Application Support/Tootntracks/EZdrummer ………folder is empty. Unsure is there are any supporting files or drivers required anywhere?
Thanks for your attention. I really appreciate it.
Yes Midi Device is selected “e-drums”
No, that is under Options->Controller.
Under Options->MIDI Devices you should have your MIDI device listed. It should be checked.

Scott, your a legend. I had a feeling it was something very simple. Midi device was shown as “edrums”. It was highlighted but not ticked. Working perfectly. Will get full version now.
Thankyou
