SD Mixer – where are cymbals and cowbell?

I have just started using Superior Drummer (N.Y. Avatar) and I am trying to route the different parts of the kit to different outputs. In the mixer by default there are separate outputs for kick, snare, toms and hihat (as well as OH and AMB) but where are the cymbals and the cowbell? How do I route them separately? Is there something here that I am not getting?

The cymbals are in ‘overheads’ as on a normal recording session.

Thanks – so I guess this means I cannot route the cymbals separately as it is the case with the toms?

If you bounce to audio, from memory you can split the cymbals up (route them separately as it were).
