Any way to make a snare hit stop a ruff?

Is there any way to make a regular snare hit stop a ruff – much like a closed hi hat stops an open hi hat? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,

not that way, no but you can select the Ruff articulation, then choose to ‘Edit Articulation only’ and engage the Envelope. Make sure it is set to Note Off.
Then it will be stopped when you release the note.
