The MIDI patterns that ship with EZdrummer are 1 or 2 bars in length. The fills are 1 beat to 4 beats in length. The fills are listed as ‘4/4’ (one bar length) to ‘1/4’ (one beat length). The 1 or 2 bar ‘main’ grooves are not listed with lengths but you can quickly audition them with the browser playback button to find the length.
