im in the market for ez drummer. i know it can be hard playing with ur computer keyboard. i was thinking of buying an maudio axiom 49 keys and use the drum pads. but can i program them to play the kind of sound i want? thanks
EZdrummer note and sound assignments can’t be changed. You can assign note numbers to the pads, however, which kind of equals what you are looking for.
I personally wouldn’t recommend the Axiom keyboard. I have one and two of the pads stopped working and they had very little use. I’ve been practicing and I find that the regular piano keyboard controllers work very well if you put some regular time into it.

I have a similar question. I’m using an M-Audio Keyrig 49 midi controller, and can’t figure out how to assign the note numbers to trigger EZ Drummer. Is there a tutorial anywhere available? I’m really green when it comes to midi! 🙂
