Electronic Drumkit Compatability S2

  While I’m awaiting S2’s box to appear on my door step I thought I’d ask about V drum compatability.

  I’m considering getting a cheap V drum kit to use with the S2 sounds so that I can make it easier for my drummer to play on demo tracks.

  I’m looking at the

  Alesis DM-5 Electronic Drum Kit – which seems a “bargin basement” kit

  and

  Roland TD-3KW

  which seems to be the entry level “quality” kit.

  I’d be interested in seeing if S2 is known to be compatible with these kits/devices.

  I’d also be interested in hearing from people who use them how S1 S1 C&V works with them, in terms of response to sounds etc etc, to get a flavour for how S2 will work (assuming it’s compatible)
