Henrik – this is very encouraging to hear. Thank you.

I currently work in Software Testing. I only mention it because reproducing issues is really important for restoring confidence to my customers. Unfortunately, I was not able to repro the issue nor narrow down any potential root causes. Even went crawling through Windows Event Viewer and Device Manager settings; nothing that concretely said “here’s the bug!”. When I receive a fix without that repro in hand, I’m always concerned if the issue is really fixed, or just hiding somewhere waiting to pop out during another live performance like it did last week.

All this to ask if there are any root cause or repro steps you could share that might help bring closure to this open loop? I know you probably walk the fine-line between serving customers and protecting company IP/reputation. I get it. Just any additional info would go a long way for nervous skeptics like me, at least.

Regardless, thank you for all your help. Looking forward to the next release and Orchestral Percussion SDX as well.

    Zach

I am experiencing the “Audio Engine Inactive” message as well. It is happening in the middle of performances, which is a major drag. I hate falling back on Vdrums when this product sounds so amazing. Halp!

I believe my current settings are:

    • Standalone
    • Have not updated drivers since original install on 12/31/2018
    • Windows 10 64bit
    • ASIO
    • Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd Gen)
    • Output: 2.3ms
    • Buffer Latency. 0.07ms
    • Sample Rate: 88.2Khz
