Well, finally, I’ve solved this issue by deleting these AU config files.
~ / Library / Preferences / com.apple.audio.InfoHelper.pilst
~ / Library / Caches/ com.apple.audiounits.cache
and rescan AU by starting Logic pro, everything works fine.

but, I’ve found the log generated while AU scanning after AU caches flushing.
