    Well, finally, I’ve solved this issue by deleting these AU config files.

     

    ‎~⁩ / ⁨Library / ⁨Preferences⁩ / com.apple.audio.InfoHelper.pilst

    ~⁩ / ⁨Library / ⁨Caches⁩/ com.apple.audiounits.cache

     

    and rescan AU by starting Logic pro, everything works fine.

    I could not found the crash log generated related to superior drum 3 AU.

    but, I’ve found the log generated while AU scanning after AU caches flushing.
