Hey Scott, thanks for the reply!

I have the NY Studios collection (https://www.toontrack.com/product/new-york-studios-collection/). Only the default kit items load (the rest have red exclamation images).

Really curious, what’s the point of offering downloads? Looks like I have to repeat the process from square 1.

So, products installed via download cannot be updated?
