    BEST ANSWER

Just tried it out with some Phil Colins tracks, sounds pretty awesome to me.

A few errors in some of the Hugh Padgham presets not mapping to the default Kick drum though, it defaults to the right side drum, which is not there.

We are currently looking into this issue. It seems to be related to selecting the e-drum preset whilst in some other libraries then navigating to the Hitmaker. If you are experiencing this issue as a temporary workaround you can try setting the e-drum preset to default then re-selecting your desired e-drum preset.

Thank you, I will try this and see if it works.  If I change the kick midi value from 35 to 34 it works temporary.

Amazing SDX, thank you so much for all your hard work making these 🙂

Oooo, this sounds perfect for me:

“The product includes 13 ‘clean’ presets based on the acoustic kits and designed to serve as balanced starting points, just for you e-drummers! Each kit has a basic e-drum-centric preset as well as one that loads an alternative snare. These presets also by default load optimal settings for e-drum use, for example extra hi-hat and cymbal articulations. Jam away, drummers!”

4mins to go on my download 🙂

Take a close look at the image posted. The elements are greyed out, but octobans and a gong drum are in there!

Definatly some Phil Colins power toms in those example sounds and a little bit of the Toto shuffle in the other 😉

Yes it does, sounds nice too. But I’ve noticed a few a bug when a kit uses the TAMA snare. It just does not appear, its invisible lol 🙂

Im Mac only I’m afraid, defiantly a better option with its Core Audio built in. Im using a my Roland TD-17KVX drum kit and connect it to my iMac via USB cable. I have a Universal Audio Twin x Quad (4 internal DSP processors for DAW plugins) audio interface. Expensive, but its the best I’ve ever used and the sound quality is superb. can record with SD3 in real time with zero lag and can throw anything at it. The UAD Arrow Solo would bet another great slightly cheaper option to use with Superior drummer 3 if you don’t require lots of inputs. All Thunderbolt 3 connected. I do think there are USB versions for Windows also though.

Bought it and downloaded it in 35mins after it was made live on their site.

Yes, it is one of the best yet for me.

Wow!  You downloaded Fields of Rock in 35 minutes?  You must have an amazingly fast Internet connection.
Unfortunately, I live in a very rural area, and the top Internet speed I can get is about 10 MB/s –
Which relates to 48 HOURS download time.   I literally have to wait the whole weekend before I can even use it.

I don’t really have a point except to complain about my poor Internet speed.  I like living in the country, but this is one of the drawbacks.
I can’t wait to check it out.  I’m especially excited about the rototoms and the percussion instruments.  That’s why I like Rooms of Hansa so much.
    …..43 hours and 25 minutes to go…..
