    Normally not, but since I’m not working in Cubase/Nuendo, the “output as mono” is not enabled, therefore I need to waste a stereo out for the snare top, a stereo out for the snare bottom, etc. When I mic drums in real-life I usually go for 20-24 mics (mostly metal, other genres are less busy and 16 mics work absolutely fine) and I would like to mimic that through SD3.

    Reviving the thread again, as I completely agree. The 32 outs (or 16 stereos, though most of them contain mono signals) are way too few for what I usually do in terms of drum routing and processing. 64 outs would be stellar and would solve some issues I have in terms of complexity of use.
