    Here is what I did:

I first shut off my Avast anti-virus software.
I then put the DVD disc into the DVD drive on my desktop pc. An Autoplay window came up on my screen giving me 3 options to choose from to open the files on the DVD. I chose “open folder to use files” listed under the general options section of this window. The next window that came up had a documentaion folder, a Install folder and a Readme document.

I clicked on the Install folder and the next window that opened, had a folder called MAC and a folder called PC. I chose the the PC folder. The next window that opened had a folder named common, a folder named EZHOME, a folder named program files, a folder named Windows, a file named EZdrummer installer, a file named EZX cocktail installer, and a file named Toontrack solo installer.. I clicked on the EZDrummer installer file. The next window that popped up was the Installshield I clicked the Next button, then accepted the agreement terms, and clicked “next”. It started downloading but then a window came up saying “Error 1308. Source file not found. S:InstallPCWindowswinsxsUlCRTx86x86_Microsoft.VC90.CRT_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_9.0.30729.1_x-ww_6f74963e.manifest. Verify that the file file exists and that you can access it.” It then had a Retry button and a cancel button. I clicked to Retry but the same error window came up. I then hit cancel and went to your site to see if I could find help.

I went to the page on your site to register my product. I created my account, entered the serial number on the back of the DVD sleeve and clicked enter. I then clciked on the download for the pc. I then clicked the “run” button. after the download was complete, nothing happened. So I clicked on the ezdrummer_WIN_121.zip update. I don’t know if I have a 32 bit or 64 bit so I clicked on the 64 bit but it said I had to have the 32 bit installed first. So I clicked the 32 bit. After dowloading the software or the updatae, a window came up saying files being extracted. Again, nothing happened after that. I did a search on my pc for EZ drummer but the only thing it found with this name was the DVD that I still had in my DVD drive. I searched the program files and applcation folder but could not find either the apparently downloaded install from your site or the update. During this search, I realized I never turned off the Windows firewall on my pc. So I opend my DVD driver up again where I still had the EZdrummer DVD disc, and tried installing it again. Once again, I got the same error message.

I also have a Actiontec PK5000 DSL router. When i logged back into my account today and went to the dowloads page, it showed that I already dowloaded the product from your site and also showed I dowloaded the EZdrummer_WIN_121 update. What am I or what did I do wrong? Please help!
