Thanks, Olof. Perhaps it’s better to pose a question abt. saving grid edits (though I al’dy read a couple of things abt. it): when I’ve edited a few things in the grid editor in the total drum part of a song (individual grooves a/o a merged total) do I need to save the whole piece manually as a project via ‘file – save as’ (grid window frame) or via the (overal) ‘save’ or ‘save as’ option in the upper left corner? Or would everything automatically be saved in the DAW (Logic) upon closing, as f.i. is the case with Melodyne (though I know this works exclusively with the ARA-protocol, which is somewhat different off course)?

A bit late, but has this issue been solved al’dy? I’m experiencing the same (rookie?) problem in SD3.
