Timothy NiswanderSame here but a different reason – I installed the EZX file from the PC download button under my account. Then downloaded the update listed on the same page, and attempted to install that. It unpacks fine from Installsheid wizard, but immediately pops up a window telling me “The upgrade patch cannont be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to upgraded may be missing…. etc”.
Why is that happening?
