For me, Sweetwater sent my key to two of my email addresses because for whatever reason instead of changing my email address they just added a second one for me.

I received my serial number for the main product almost immediately but have not received any keys for ezx packs, and I purchased mine on the 24th.

What do I need to do to resolve this?
