Still having the same issue, but found a workaround – instead of highlighting the complete measure from the PT Edit window, I’m now going into the PT Midi Editor and highlighting the individual notes (highlighting them all at one time). When I do this, I can copy and paste into another track and it works correctly. I’m sure this is just an option setting somewhere, so I’m still looking for a better solution, but the workaround is working for now.
Thanks, I wasn’t sure if this was a Pro Tools or EZD2 question, but thought I would start here. I tried highlighting the measure with the Selector Tool, selecting Copy, and then Pasting into the Main track, and it copies all 8 measures, even though only 1 measure is highlighted. I also should mention that I cannot delete the unwanted 7 measures after pasting them. This would not be a problem if I could just delete the unwanted measures, but it does not allow me to delete them. Seems odd. Anyway, I’ll try what you mentioned and let you know the results – thanks!
