I too have this issue on my mac. Here’s what I wrote to support, still awaiting an answer: I have spent several hours now trying to get my recently purchased EZD 2 upgrade to work. When I initially installed it, everything was fine. Upon installing the 2.01 version, it became unstable & started to crash in both standalone and logic AU versions. I wrote to you but no fix. Next I tried uninstalling using the uninstaller (several times) which left the components still in my plugins library, which I manually deleted (they still were accessible & crashed logic). Since I only purchased the upgrade version, I decided to next install EZD1again in order for the upgrade version 2 to have something to ‘upgrade’ as indicated in the instructions. Here’s where the REAL weirdness starts: when I now install the EZD2 upgrade using the download from the website, I get a message saying everything was installed ok, but the only version on my computer is EZD1! As you can see from the attached file, the standalone application SAYS it is version 2.01 but when I open it, I get EZD1 (which incidentally works). This is clearly a major bug & I have wasted too much time already on this. Help please! What are my options if I can’t get this to work? Can I get a refund from the retailer?? Thanks for your attention to this.
