UPDATE: I discovered that I was running an older version of Product Manager and after installing the current version, everything worked. I was able to install and authorize all of my products. Funny that PM doesn’t notify you that there’s an updated version! Anyway, it’s all good now.
I’m having a similar problem. I could not install the Mastering expansion pack for EZMix2 on a new computer. It told me the installer needs to be updated. So I just bought Mastering II and downloaded it, but it does the same thing. I have EZMix2 2.2.1 and I’m running MacOS Big Sur.
To make matters worse, after purchasing Mastering II, it wasn’t showing up in my Product Manager, so I logged out, thinking it would refresh if I logged back in. Now it won’t let me log back in. Keeps telling me I have entered an invalid username or password. I went into my account on the website and changed my password, then tried logging into Product Manager with my new password. Still says it’s wrong. How frustrating!
