Definitely not a scam. I just hate PayPal, and hardly use it. And international that’s the only option. They are a pretty crooked company. And they hold your money forever. It’s a legit sale. I made it already “under goods and services” through PayPal. It just wasn’t with you my guy. That’s why I didn’t get back to reply. Sorry if I freaked you out. I wasn’t trying to. Take care.
