I think you nailed it. I totally disabled my AV Program (Total AV), but saw it running when I went to my Task Manager. I end-tasked it, and now I’ve successfully downloaded EZD2 + Update, via the Product Manager.
Do you have any idea about the free EZX I’m supposed to get as well (see my attachment)?
