Select Grooves Tab >Select 6/8 Filter > Select Webshop Midi Button. If Toontrack made it, you can find it now.

To my knowledge…
You can go to Settings > Advanced > Hit Variation > Low. This will fix it. But not in a way that sounds pleasant to me. Do try it though.
Only Superior Drummer can natively disable Alternate Hit and still sound as natural as possible.

Thanked by: tetrachordThere’s lots of custom ways to figure this out depending on the user and experience.
If you want to give up listening through your TD27 and buy an audio interface and then use a DAW, that is typically an end game solution unless your computer is so old/slow it simply can’t handle whatever you do audio wise.
You never mentioned adjusting buffer settings, but since you said you tried all, you obviously put most of your time there.

Based on your screenshot you might have confused Bandmate with the Replace MIDI functionality. That has a similar look to the EZ Keys that you are describing.

The one stone left unturned. Nice, Jord!

Thanked by: Bear-Faced CowThe Bandmate play button has never been able to follow host. The Song Track, Grooves Tab, and Tap2Find do. Bandmate never did. “% match” never existed in EZD’s Bandmate. And as for all of the sudden, we’ve been on EZD 3.0.6 for a while now. Nothing has changed recently.
I’m sure a Toontrackian will correct me if we’re wrong.

Match % is from Tap2Find. Not from Bandmate. Bandmate looks the same since when it was released unless I’m missing a detail from what you’ve mentioned. Your Original View is from EZK, Bandmate has always been different than EZD’s.

…or use two instances of EZDrummer 3 in a DAW.

Thanked by: Scott Eshleman and M.WirschingThe power of your CPU is important. Here’s a video about basic setup. I do one-on-ones if you feel you need focused help. You’ll probably get more feedback on this thread, so hang tight. It’s a pretty common topic that people chime in on. If you have a older PC with an underpowered CPU, you might just be up against a limitation. Typically an audio interface can resolve this without a new computer, but that’s just an assumption at this point.

Thanked by: WiscerUsing a DAW or an audio interface that has Loopback capability will make this work well.
Feel free to reveal if you’re on Mac or PC since their are alternative workarounds on different platforms.

A midi pack is just midi (songs) not sounds.
An EKX is a Sound Expansion.
To answer your question. No a midi pack will not show up there. An EKX will though.
Since you’re on EZKey1 you cannot use any EKXs released after EZK2 came out, fyi.
EZK1 EKXs only come with sounds and no midi. EZK2 EKXs come with both sounds and midi.

“I have added the time signature changes in the project”
You added time signatures here? (see attached)

It is expected. When you route, you bypass master bus FX.
So if you chose the Original Mix preset, or some of the many others that do not have master bus processing, you will not hear a volume difference.

And to add, the peak light is very difficult to see. And if you adjust it slightly higher or lower than unity gain, you won’t even see the peak light because the parameter of the slider handle covers it up.
I don’t imagine this being addressed in the current versions of the product. Never know though.

This is a new thread. Seems bad but you never know who chimes in. Since it seems more like a VST3 issue than specifically Toontrack, you could try a bigger Reaper community. Maybe some geeks have some better workarounds. Best of luck.
