Thanked by: Al.You can add/remove Grooves easily in the User Midi folder. Bottom left of the Groove’s Tab.
I prefer to make an extra Song Track. Look for plus symbol bottom right of screen. And use that as an idea bin.

Claustrophobic and Funk EZX. Signature Part 2 EZX has a booth kit.
Jazz Sessio9n SDX has a Booth kit: https://youtu.be/RwG-Q-COJpQ
I’d go to the SD3 forum and ask about Tight Kit sounds from SD3 or SDXs. I don’t know those libraries enough myself to advise.

If you want to use any of the three core libraries from EZD3 in SD3, you must purchase EZD3.

Hopefully someone will correct me if I’m wrong. It’s been a while since I looked this up.
Midi numbers are always the same. Midi notes can be one octave off depending on the manufacturer. I think I remember the Japanese manufacturers have a different note.
My Roland notes tend to be off sometimes, but the midi numbers are always on.
Physically, you could always hit the octave up/down on your controller to compensate.

Thanked by: Al.It’s pretty cool. I don’t even use USB 3.0 port on computer.
*DAW route as stated before if you need to tweak yourself.

That’s why I say correct me if I’m wrong. Thanks, Jord.
As for connection, RME rewrites the USB 2.0 driver, it’s plenty fast at least for this specific company, fyi.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. I don’t think standalone can do it. I would have to load EZDrummer in a DAW, route EZDrummer to individual DAW channels, and use the DAWs routing options to access the multiple outputs on my interface.
As good as having a nice interface is, you’ll want a good computer processor as well.
I use an RME Fireface from years back that could do this. Just good ole USB 2.0. Not cheap. I could only get 8 analog outs though.
That’s what I know works from my limited experience with this.

It turns out it’s a specific browser that I don’t feel like clearing the cache on right now. Fired up a different computer and the search is working. Thanks for your time, Peter!

Thanked by: Petter AdstenIf it sounds good enough, that’s a fun workaround. Never thought of that before.

Using A DAW, you trigger 2 separate instances of EZDrummer at the same time. It’s a workaround. Only Superior Drummer can it natively.
