I am using it within Logic X.

The EZ Mix plugin is working fine with the other packs I purchased. Metal Guitar Gods 2 & 4, Classic Amps, EzMix 1 & 2. Everything works.

But when I apply the Metal EZ Pack to my guitar, I do not get any of the distorted / heavy Meshuggah guitar tones that are advertised on the webpage.

What my Metal pack has is 13 clean guitar tones, some with a chorus effect and two with a bitcrusher effect.

The pack also has bass, drums and vocal patches as well but that’s not why I purchased this pack. Although, I am also not hearing the distorted bass tones advertised either.

Either the download didn’t work or this pack is not what is advertised. If that is the case, how can I get refunded or credited?

UPDATE: What’s interesting is that the stand alone EZ Metal Pack seems to be missing from the EZ Mix line. It has now been bundled with a 5 other packs.
