Ok so i fixed it, for anyone who needs help. For me, the standalone worked, and the plugin worked if i was loading the ezdrummer library (hadn’t installed the sd3 library yet, just the plugin), but it crashed like described above when it was loading the sd3 library. the issue was in pathing, had to make sure all of that was right as described above. the secret 2nd step that i needed was deleting the reaper plugin data (i use reaper), so that reaper would rescan for all the plugins and rebuild those files. can ask google what those files are, it’s fairly straightforward
